We designed a mail shot campaign to support the launch of the web site. Created around the idea of 'The secret's out'. This covered a couple of angles. First the secret's out that the new web site is launched. But also that in the flavours industry the secret's out regarding what goes into a flavour. Historically flavour creators were regarded as wizards working in dark labs creating secret recipes. But with modern technology it is now easy to analyse a chemical - today the process is pretty transparent. Therefore, what makes one flavour manufacturer different from another? After the initial launch another mailer would be accompanied by a small sachet of sweets. Made, of course, using flavours from H E Stringer Ltd.

Of course the food and drink industry is varied and so we start to supply the first batch of mail shots targeting different market sectors and appealing to different flavouring applications. Each mailer is printed on A5 card and the message is simple.
