Starting With

The Problem

Like many, this client was suffering with a badly designed website. A glitchy and complicated site was limiting the effectiveness and productivity of the company. We first looked at the main constraint for this company. Time was the biggest problem. Working on wedding stationery requires long timeframes and when attempting to manage multiple enquiries and ongoing jobs at the same time this can get hectic.

Therefore the aim was to build a site which achieved two main goals. Firstly, to automate the managing of enquiries as much as possible. Secondly, to enable customers to place orders themselves via an ecommerce store. These goals meant overcoming a number of challenges. The largest of which was personalisation. As the product in this case is wedding stationery, there is a lot of customisation and alterations. Meaning that for both enquiries and orders, a lot of details and information needed to be collected.

Our Solution

We have provided a website which is beautifully designed, intuitive and mobile friendly. Ensuring that necessary information needed for orders was collected, but in a way that was easy for the customer to understand. This is saving the company a lot of time, as customers can now place their own orders without staff having to manually manage and input them.

Managing enquiries was another big issue for this client. To help alleviate the problem we integrated a call booking program into the website. This system allows potential customers to book calls at times which the company has already approved as available. Once booked a note of the call is then added to both the customer's and business's calendars.
